Bacon Filet Mignon

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices thick sliced bacon
  • 4 thick cut filet mignon steaks, have butcher slice it for you

Recipe

  • 1 wrap bacon around each filet.
  • 2 heat a heavy bottom pan on medium-high.
  • 3 place the 4 filets on heated pan.
  • 4 turn after 7 minutes.
  • 5 remove from heat after another 7 minutes.
  • 6 heat 9 minutes if you like it more well done.
  • 7 do not use this recipe if you don't own a heavy bottom pan!
  • 8 go invest in one now!
