Black Pepper Beef And Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small cabbage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and add oil.
  • 2 saute garlic for about 5 seconds, then add ground beef.
  • 3 stir in cabbage and pepper, and cook until vegetables are tender and beef is fully cooked.
  • 4 stir in soy sauce. mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the beef and vegetables.
  • 5 cook and stir until the sauce has thickened.
