Beef Stew

Total Time: 12 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, diced

Recipe

  • 1 place meat in a slow cooker. combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • 2 stir into meat until coated thoroughly.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
  • 6 stir before serving.
