Ingredients
- 1 lb stew meat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups potatoes
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup corn
- 3 garlic cloves
- 8 ounces dry red wine
- 11 1/2 ounces low-sodium v8 juice
- 2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
Recipe
- 1 cut beef into bitesize peices.
- 2 coat beef with flour.
- 3 sear on stovetop.
- 4 place all ingredients in crockpot
- 5 cook low 8-10 hours.
- 6 serve with biscuits.
