Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes, canned
- 8 potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoons minute tapioca (add more for thicker gravy)
Recipe
- 1 do not brown meat.
- 2 place all ingredients in a large roaster and cover.
- 3 bake at 250 for five hours, stirring two or three times during cooking process.
