Beef Stew

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb lean stew meat
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 15 ounces green beans
  • 15 ounces tomatoes, diced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place water, garlic, and stew meat in a pot and boil until meat is cooked all the way through.
  • 2 place all other ingredients in pot and cook until potatoes are soft.
