Beef Stew - Quick And Tasty

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 lbs sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 large sweet onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 8 small yukon gold potatoes, halved
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
Recipe
- 1 1. cut steak into large, bite-sized pieces.
- 2 2. heat oil in a heavy cooking pot.
- 3 3. add steak to oil, and saute until cooked through.
- 4 4. stir in soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- 5 5. add remaining ingredients. stir well.
- 6 6. simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7 7. serve with cooked rice or noodles.
