- 2 lbs beef roast, cubed into 1 in pieces
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 large potatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 -6 cups water
- 4 -6 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into slow cooker. cook for at least 3 hours.
