Easy Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce (such as a1®)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup water

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 9 hrs 15 mins

    Ready Time: 9 hrs 25 mins

  • spread beef stew meat into the bottom of a slow cooker. pour steak sauce over the beef; top with onion and tomatoes.
  • cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
  • whisk flour into water in a small bowl; stir into liquid in slow cooker. continue cooking until the liquid thickens, 10 to 15 minutes.
