Baked Taco Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cups bisquick
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 tomato, diced
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 2/3 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 mix the bisquick and the water. spread into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
• 3 brown the ground beef with the peppers, then drain. add the taco seasoning. set aside.
• 4 mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese.
• 5 add the ground beef to the top of the bisquick mix.
• 6 top with the tomatoes.
• 7 then spoon the cream mixture to the top of the tomatoes and spread evenly.
• 8 bake for 25-30 minutes.
