Biscuit Pizzas

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic salt over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 separate biscuits.
  • 4 place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  • 5 flatten into 3 inch circles.
  • 6 spread each with pizza sauce.
  • 7 sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese.
  • 8 top with meat mixture and mushrooms.
  • 9 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining parmesan cheese.
  • 10 bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
