Biscuit Pizzas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1 (15 ounce) can pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic salt over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
- 2 drain.
- 3 separate biscuits.
- 4 place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
- 5 flatten into 3 inch circles.
- 6 spread each with pizza sauce.
- 7 sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese.
- 8 top with meat mixture and mushrooms.
- 9 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining parmesan cheese.
- 10 bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
