Beef Stroganoff

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked to al dente

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef in a skillet and drain fat.
  • 2 add onion soup mix, ketchup, dry mustard, and cream of mushroom soup.
  • 3 cook over medium until warmed through.
  • 4 add mushrooms and sour cream.
  • 5 stir to mix thoroughly.
  • 6 serve over hot noodles.
