Ingredients

- 1 1/2-2 lbs steak beef tips
- 1 sliced onion
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup milk
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup wine (red or )
- black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 -2 lb wide egg noodles
Recipe
- 1 brown steak tips and onion in skillet.
- 2 add mushrooms, milk, garlic, and beef bouillon; bring to boil.
- 3 mix together the wine and sour cream, add to skillet, and heat through.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 serve over wide egg noodles.
