Beef Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 9 inches pie crusts
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 brown together onion, celery, garlic, and ground beef in a heavy skillet. drain any excess fat. add pepper, salt, ketchup, and mustard to skillet and cook and stir for 3 minutes. turn this meat mixture into the pie crust.
- 2 beat eggs and add cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. pour this mixture over meat in the pie pan. bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until crust is golden and topping is puffed.
