Beef Choufleur

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless beef roast (1/2 inch squares)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small cauliflower head (separated)
- 1 green bell pepper (3/4 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green onion
- 3 cups rice
Recipe
- 1 brown meat in butter for about 5 minutes.
- 2 add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic. stir lightly to coat vegetables with soy sauce. cover and simmer vegetables until barely tender (about 10 minutes).
- 3 in a separate bowl blend cornstarch, sugar and broth. add to meat mixture with green onions.
- 4 cook stirring constantly until thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened.
- 5 serve over a bed of rice.
