Ingredients

- 2 -3 lbs stewing beef
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package lipton onion soup mix
- 1 (10 ounce) can whole mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
- 2 just stir all ingredients together in casserole (no need to brown beef).
- 3 cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
- 4 uncover, stir and cook for 1/2 hour more.
