Bar-b-q Japanese Steak

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -3 lbs sirloin steaks
  • 3 tablespoons szechuan peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup bushmill irish whiskey
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Recipe
