A+ Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 12 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup a.1. original sauce
- 1 tablespoon a.1. original sauce
- 6 large green peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
Recipe
- 1 in skillet, over medium heat, brown meat and cook onion until done.
- 2 pour off drippings.
- 3 stir in corn, 1 can tomato sauce, rice, 1/4 cup steak sauce, seasoning salt and pepper.
- 4 set aside.
- 5 in seperate bowl mix 1 can tomato sauce and 1 tbsp steak sauce.
- 6 set aside.
- 7 cut tops off green pepper.
- 8 remove seeds and veins.
- 9 spoon meat mixture into peppers.
- 10 arrange in 9x9x92 inch baking pan.
- 11 cover peppers with tomato/a-1 mixture.
- 12 bake at 350 degrees f for 30 to 35 minutes or until green peppers are done.
- 13 sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before removing from oven, long enough for cheese to melt.
